Jason W. Cleland, CPA specializes in the preparation and review of fiduciary accountings.  He has successfully prepared hundreds of fiduciary accountings for some of the state’s most respected probate attorneys and fiduciaries. Since 2009, Jason has been contracted as a court accountant by the Maricopa County Superior Court.  As a contract court accountant, he is responsible for reviewing accountings filed with the Court for accuracy and ensuring they are prepared in accordance with the Court’s fiduciary accounting guidelines.  Jason ensures that each accounting he prepares is accurate, thorough, and presented in a format that is easy to read and understand.  Jason is uniquely qualified to prepare your fiduciary and/or Court required accountings of any size or complexity.

Fiduciary Real Estate Specialist

Jason is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Arizona, specializing in the representation of trustees, conservators, and personal representatives in real estate transactions requiring court approval.  He is extremely knowledgeable with the requirements and nuances specific to the fiduciary process of buying and selling real estate.  Jason’s experience and comfort with the process attracts, and ultimately retains, both buyers and sellers, and he has successfully completed numerous transactions involving all types and conditions of real estate.
